HOW DO I CONTACT STOCK AUCTIONS?
Stock auctions is made up from several different departments and depots
around the UK.
If your enquiry is related to a lot that is still up for sale then you can ask your question via the auction. You need to be logged in to your account to ask the seller a question. The ask a seller question box will appear underneath the photographs on the auction you are viewing. Click here for a screenshot
If your enquiry is related to an auction that you have purchased, please
log in to your control panel and select "Won Items" from your control panel. Click the Message Board link, and enter your message.

If you have any other type of enquiry or wish to escalate something that
you have already contact us about please select one option from below.
Your message then will be directed to one of our management team who
will respond within
24 working hours.
Please ensure you select the correct department. If you select the incorrect department, your enquiry may not be answered.
